VANDELISIM: Car broken into management did nothing except to remind me to file a police report and report the claim to my insurance. No tenants were made aware of the potential break-ins.
BROKEN APPLIANCES: Fridge quit on a Friday morning fridge was changed out that following Monday losing all my food and frozen items. No reimbursement from management. Just excuses when I said I m going to lose all my frozen items I recently purchased.
ENFORCABLE FEES: If your rent is late, you ll be assessed an enforceable / non-negotiable late fee with eviction papers under your door on the 6th day. If you receive too many notices, management will terminate your lease and youll have 30 days to vacate premises. Its at their digression of the terminology too many notices . Could be 2 could be 7 again, its at their digression.
TOW AWAY PARKING: Management / Agents do not stress or mention the severity of placing a guest parking tag in your vehicle. If your guest parking pass is not visible in the windshield of the vehicle, Redmonds will tow it.
LEASE: If you renew your lease beyond the first year, management will not paint or clean your carpets unless you keep asking. Management should be forth coming and proactively paint and clean carpets. Its something a renter shouldnt have to repeatedly beg to have completed.
UNAUTHORIZED APARTMENT ENTRY: Management accessed my home 3 times without prior notice and left door UNLOCKED 2 of those 3 times.
THEFT: Residing on the first floor, I had my BBQ stolen 2 times.
NUCENSE NEIGHBORS: Upstairs neighbor smoked and threw their cigarettes over their deck others smoked pot lingering everywhere.
QUESTIONABLE SECURITY: Management claims to have a security guard walking the premises. I've never seen security.
FILTH: Garbage is thrown on the floor/ground in the common areas inside and outside the apartment complex.
DECEAVABLE LEASE: Management deceives you on your rental contract. Read all fine PRINT and ask about early termination!
UNKEPT GROUNDS: Management does not keep the grounds clean of dog waste. Be careful walking barefoot or youll step on one of many fecal spots.
HEATING: Numerous problems with the hot water heat. It s usually stuck on or off. I had my thermostat changed out 4 times. Its almost impossible to regulate the heating at a consistent temperature. Its either way too hot or too cold.
HORRIFIC CRIMES: When crimes are committed, management does not notify tenants.
LOUD ANNOYING WATER PIPES: Water pipes are very old, therefore at times you ll hear this LOUD super annoying thumping within your walls.
TERRABLE OUTSIDE NOISE: If you rent in the Locust Place buildings, you are next to the highway and youll be able to hear all the traffic from the highway inside your home.
LOUD DOGS BARKING: If you rent in the Poplar Place building, one building allows dogs, however youll hear all noise from the Convention Center within both buildings and all the dogs that bark non-stop!
EVICTION: Neighbor had an argument with Maintenance and Management enforced a 30-day eviction on the next month when they were late on their rent.
APARTMENTS BEHIND FIELDPOINTE: Complete trash, garbage, junk everywhere, kids wandering around all hours of the night, apartment burnt down.
