Avoid this company at all costs. Luis Cuadros took a check (overnighted per his request) for $1575 for a ticket to Bali over a year ago. I had to cancel for personal reasons but it was far in advance. He won't refund my money. A good friend of mine referred me to him and has talked with Luis about this. He acknowledges that he owes the money but just won't pay. I have emailed him, called him and he had not emailed or called me back after all this time. I finally told him I would go after him for email fraud (since the entire purchase and arrangements were through email) and he sent a one liner "please hold off for one day, I am working on payment arrangements". That was 5 weeks ago. He double charged a credit card of another of my girlfriends friends, but finally made that right. I am going for another meeting with my lawyer.
I cannot believe this guy would risk going to jail for that amount of money!
Anyway steer clear. He's a bad one.
