Fascinating Museum 8/21/2005

The Fernbank Science center is a very fascinating place to visit for both children and adults. They have many exhibits that you will not see other places. They also offer field trips for school age children, and can teach about a variety of different science subjects. I love the hands on area where children can use a variety of science materials, and the kids love it too! more

Neat science center 8/20/2005

This is one of the nation's largest planetariums with Observatory, Exhibit Hall and Forest with walking trails. The planetarium is awesome. Your children will love it. The story line is great. Learn about geology, meteorology and seismology . When they have the dinosaur exhibit, its wondeful. Admission to public planetarium programs: $4 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, free for members. It's hard to explain all thet they offer but its great. Your children will love it. more

IMAX and Martini Night 8/17/2005

Fernbank Science Center is a great place to go and learn a few things as well as to be entertained. One of the most fun events they have is their IMAX and Martini nights where they have a beautiful bar serving drinks and appetizers followed by the screening of an IMAX movie afterwards. It's a great way to spend time with some friends or on a date. more
