Unwanted 11/17/2010

Good: I liked the fact that 10% was taken off of my merchandise because of damages. Bad: I didnt like the fact that I wasnt greeted upon entering the store or asked did I need assistance while looking around.. Improvements: Customers should be greeted and should feel welcomed.. Other: The shoes that I purchased was also at Dillards but I decided to go back to Feet First because it is a private company. The reason I purchased the shoes from Feet First after the bad experience was because I didnt want to have to travel back to Dillards and risk the chance of them not having my shoe size.. more

Seriously the BEST place to shoe shop in New Orleans 6/7/2010

There are always so many cute shoes and handbags at this store. Usually, if you look through your size on the racks you can find a great pair of shoes on sale. They also send out a lot of good promotions and discounts through their emails, I'm so glad I signed up for them. The best thing though, is the customer service. The staff is always willing to help and I have even had them place special orders for me when they did not have my size in stock anymore. I highly recommend feet first for a fun shopping trip, or if you have something specific you need you can usually find it there because they have a very large selection. more

cheap shoes 7/28/2005

Shoes, shoes, shoes. Lots of them in many styles at pretty decent prices. You’ve got to pick through them if you like only specific brands. I tend to try to find discounted pairs of boots from Nine West or Enzo. There seems to be a lot of brands I’ve never even heard of there too. more
