Fast Water Hearter Company 3/5/2012

I would highly recommend Fast Water Heater Company. The installer was on-time, had all the parts required to do the job, and even cleaned up after he was done! Ian was friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. He worked efficiently and fully explained the work needed. He reoved our old water heater within 20 minutes or so of his arrival and had the new one installed less than an hour later. I will definitely call Fast in the future if needed and will request Ian to do the work! more

fast for sure 2/22/2012

I woke up to a cold shower and found this number online. I was on hold for maybe 10 minutes this morning when I called. However, the receptionist was very friendly and they got someone here within a few hours. The fix took maybe 20 minutes and he was honest with me about the amount of life I can expect out of my water heater. Would def. recommend them and will use them again. more

Great Company to work with!!! 2/12/2012

This is the second time we have used Fast Water Heater Company to replace out water heater. This time we contacted them through Home Depot when we lost our hot water on Thurs. Ian came out today and within a matter of 3 hours, we were again taking nice hot showers. Ian was very professional and did not pressure us into additional costs like some people do when they are in your home for a repair. We highly recommend this company! more

We need help with our water heater that was discharging water daily through the pressure relief valve. Fast Water Heater diagnose our problem as a malfunctioning external expansion tank. To reduce water heating costs we chose to have a tankless/hybrid gas water heater installed. In 10 da. the flow valve failed. We all worked together. WE were assured we have a dependable product. Repairs were made a fast as possible and we are satisfied with our decision to work with Fast Water Heater. Lloyd Piper more

Outstanding. 1/24/2012

When my water heater began leaking I noted that FWHC sixteen years earlier was the installer on the original construction. When contacting FWHC I was provided with information on required upgrades and I authorized a replacement water heater. My old water heater is not efficient. Contacted Home Depot. They told me about the Oregon Energy Trust rebate $250.00 ending the end of this month. They sent Fast Water Heater Company the next day. I was impress with the service Fast and very professional technician. Got a good deal and very good service. I highly recommended this company. They are super FASSSSST. more

Great service, quote was very low 12/9/2011

The service was great, install was quick. The only issue was that the quote we received on the phone was over $500 less than what we ended up paying. It came to quite a suprise especially for a small private business. In other words, you'll get quick service just expect to pay a lot more. more
