Scheduling mix up, but great service in the end 12/8/2015

Due to a scheduling mix up (not Josh's fault) I was a little frustrated when nobody showed up on the scheduled day. In fairness we were moved up anyway because of a cancellation. The very next day Josh was here early and apologized for the scheduling error the prior day. He was courteous, professional, and installed the new 50 gallon Rheem in no time. We also received a few bucks off because off the scheduling error. I wouldn't hesitate to call Fast Water Heater Company again! more

Delivered as promised-initial install was very good. Josh G did the install and he was both professional and kind. Installed a new Rheem, 50 gal., tall, gas water heater. I am looking forward to the water performing long term as well as the install. more

Great Service 11/27/2015

When setting up the install the people were really friendly and very helpful. They set up the appointment in the time frame i requested. Tim did the install. The job was great and was done quickly. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I wouls recommend Fast to anyone that needs a new water heater. Great company to work with. more

A Very Positive Experience with Fast Water Heater Company and Tim and Trainee 10/21/2015

Tim and his trainee efficiently and methodically installed a new hot water heater for me recently. They used a thorough process and were careful about details. They explained things well and answered my many questions to my satisfaction. Since I didn't call the company until sometime after 11 a.m., I was amazed that they were able to install the new water heater that same day. Thanks to their diligent and careful work, I have quicker access to hot water with more volume. more

Installation of new hot water heater 1/27/2015

I called FWH on a Sunday and my new hot water heater was delivered and installed the next day. Tim was my installer. He was courteous, conscientious and thorough in his work. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner, even cleaning up after himself! My only disappointment was in the expectation that Home Depot set about the price of the install as it was lower than the actual price. more

Great Service 12/29/2014

Dale was out on Christmas Eve morning to fix a broken water heater. He gave upfront information as to what was involved, advised of any potential problems with the cranky old pipes in the house and checked to make sure everything was working well before he left. I would definitely recommend him and Fast Water Heater Company. more
