Sam is the best!... he will work with you until you are 100 % satisfied and will always do it with a smile. I used to go to Arturo's shoe repair in Beverly Hills for 15 years because that's where Barneys and all the Rodeo stores send their clients... but I am soooo much happier with Sam... Great Service, Great Work, Always Friendly 11/30/2007

The location is easy to get to, there is always street parking available, they are open Saturdays, and the quality is terrific. Not to mention the pleasant service. I always feel taken care of when I leave. And I can pretty much get my shoes as fast as I need them, which is great. Plus I love that there are the fanciest designer Louboutins everywhere - I know I'm in the right place! Highly recommended... more
