We took our gas-powered weedeater in because it wasn't running well. Checked it in, gave them $40 and they said they would cal lwithin the week. At the end of the week I called them..sorry they said, it would be another week. (and this was just to diagnois the problem, not fix it) End of that week they said they were sorry but could not work on that brand. Seriously? You didn't know that when we dropped it off, or for the next two weeks? NOT impressed with service dept.
