My wife and I read the reviews, looked at the website, walked by and read the menu. Seemed like a nice place. Expecting a nice dinner, we were greeted by a staff that was either disinterested, incompetent or just plain rude. I am not referring to just one person, the entire staff is sub-par. After an extensive wait (with lots of open tables and milling staff in view), got to the table only to be ignored by the waiter. There was a director from LA at another table and it appeared our waiter was looking for a career change. The food arrived just as we were getting up to leave, and I'm thinking, ""OK, maybe the food is good"". No. While there was some effort in presentation, the food itself was somewhat bland and could only be described as mediocre. Throw in the fact that they vastly overcharge for what you get, and I would not recommend this to anyone (except if you are a director from LA, then I assume your service is good). On a positive note, the decor is somewhat fun. Unfortunately, you don't eat the decor.
