I did a payday advance with this company. My advance was paid on Monday...this is now Wednesday. I went to a different payday advance company to do a new loan only to find out that Family Financial did not clear me from there system causing me not be able to do a loan anywhere else. I called the state number on the paper that printed out denying my loan and they stated that as long as I provide proof to Family Financial that this transaction cleared my account that by law they had to clear me out of thier system by simply sending the state a fax. So I printed out a bank statement and brought it to Family Financial. The customer service rep. refused to even look at my statement and told me he didn't have to help me. I was completely shocked and upset by this. He attitude towards me was so extremely rude and discriminating. He also made sure to tell me he didn't even have to do business with me ever again. I did nothing to this man to cause him to treat me this way and I will be making a complaint with the state. I would highly reccomend that you do not do business with this company. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
