HIPPA VIOLATIONS 9/4/2008

This office does not show respect for their patient's. They VIOLIATE HIPPA by discussing patient information with each other in the front and outside of work. Please go somewhere you can trust the office staff to be professional and obey federal laws. Pros: Good medical care but no personal care toward patients Cons: Privacy and respect do not exist here more

Always efficient! Amazing for today's healthcare 5/2/2007

What I would like to say is that, each and every time I have either gone to The Family Medical Group or made a phone call, I was always treated professionally and with very quick service. I will only and always have something good to say about this practice, I would extend out this reccomendation, to include all employees from the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to the doctors. I have been personally been greeted by doctors/APRNs right in the reception area. Pros: efficient all around Cons: can't think of one more
