My father was a resident at this location, he had a stroke and later died from it, my father always paid his rent on time on or before the 1st of the month, I went to the leasing office and paid his rent the same month he died and being polite I asked if he owned any balances I was told no, the receipt they gave me also said zero balance was due, I left my address so they could forward my fathers security deposit, these thieves took more than a year to send a deposit and they only sent a deposit of less than $50.
We cleaned the apartment and even have pictures of it yet they kept the majority of the deposit. People who live their as well as my father before he died said that he noticed that they had been in his apartment several times without leaving a notice of entering and without having a cause to enter. I would not recommend any properties owned by these thieves. I have proof that my dad was a resident before he died. most apartments that are subsidized are run by slumlords, they only care about profits and the government should be a shamed for not requiring more accounatability
Pros: The apartments look nice
Cons: they enter units and take things, they lie about payments
