**Do not bring your precious infant here** Management is the problem. Had spoken to the center director and the regional director Elayne Kinder and instead the suppressed the staff. I am talking about the infant room. By law there should be 1 staff to 4 babies. That has never been t he case. There are always 6+ babies to one care staff. The infants are always under cared for, when you pick up your infant they are always dirty, with wet clothing, wet necks, heavy diapers, eyes redden, and hungry. The second problem, is that the same person that checked in your infant at 630am would be the same person there at 630pm. That is 12 hours shift and that person would be there Mon-Friday. When my husband and I asked Elayne, she said that the ladies were doing split shift. This is a lie. Those ladies had been there since am with only 30minute break. How can they provide our infant with proper when they are been over worked. I also agree with the below review. My infant has been sick every 2 weeks since we started him at this center at 2 months of age. He is now 4 months old and we are talking him out of there for his safety and health. Mind you were are talking about RSV virus. Babies die from this virus and he was treated multiple times for this while he was at this center for 2 months. I spoke with a parent with twins that is also in the infant room and he said the same thing. According to him, his kids are always sick, dirty, wet and hungry. Please make your decision wisely because you would regret having your precious one at this center. When I made my concern heard to Elayne, she instead told the workers in the infant room about my complaint and elaborated on the truth. This was the end. She put my child at risk by telling her staff that I complained about them when in fact I complain about the lack of staffing and scheduling of staff contributing to poor care. The ladies are great, but with limited resources and poor staffing and less staff, they can only do so much.
