good but slow phone services 6/1/2018

I bought sperm from them but the address for my doctors office was not correct. When I called to correct it I was on hold for more than 20min the first time and second time more than 10 minutes. Otherwise it was very easy to order and the order was delivered on time like they said it would. more

I am a 41 year old and my husband and I bought sperm and had it delivered to our home.But what Fairfax does not tell you is that shipping is part of the 7 day that your tank is good.So I basically gave Fairfax 1300 dollars because my sperm was dead.And when my doctor spoke to them about what happened they said they can give half off on shipping.I will Never buy any thing from these crooked people again.How do you profit on some one else's misfortune. more

Fairfax Cryobank provides the most comprehensive medical profiles, giving us confidence in a healthy match. In addition the personal profile, audio disc of the donor's voice and the photo of the donor as a baby offered us a human touch that made a difference I cannot adequately explain. I appreciate the monthly updates on the websites as well as the specials. I took many months to decide on donors and have selected multiple donors. I felt that there was a nice mix of donors available for purchase. more

Thank you for providing the medical histories 6/7/2010

I liked that Fairfax has medical profiles available for free viewing. Looking at the medical history of the donors was one of the top criteria we had. It really helped to narrow down the list of donors and ultimately why we went with Fairfax over another bank. It made the process feel less overwhelming. We couldn't see picking solely on physical characteristics and then having to order medical histories on multiple donors only to eliminate them anyway based on their medical history. Thank you for providing the medical histories! more

I am in California. So, I thought California Cryobank would be a better fit for me. However, I found California Cryobank unhelpful and I found their website difficult to use. I was very happy with Fairfax Cryobank. more

I thought it was very compelling that Fairfax have the comparison to other banks on its website. It was clear to me that this was a type-rate business that had done everything in its power to help me choose the right donor, offering a wide range of information on him and providing a huge battery of tests. It made it easier for me to trust this very unknown and potentially scary process. Thank you. I am now the proud mother of a healthy, beautiful baby girl who is 7 months old. Two years ago, I was not sure I would ever have a family, and now I am contemplating a second child using the same donor. I couldn't be happier... more

I have recommended Fairfax to many of my friends 5/12/2010

I have recommended Fairfax to many of my friends who are now trying to have children. I had no issues with the services Fairfax provided and was very happy with the services. I am due in Aug with my first child and if we do attempt to have a second child we will be using Fairfax again! more

I would recommend Fairfax Cryobank. The website contains a lot of information and there is wide range of donors to choose from. When I called with my questions the service representative I spoke with was very helpful. She walked me through several parts of the website that i had trouble navigating and answered my questions very well. She appeared to have the knowledge needed to help me. , and had a very pleasant manner.
