When I was going to college in Seattle, I would purposely drive to their restaurant on 23rd across from Garfield High School (bad neighborhood at that time, gang territory then). It was well-worth the drive for that yummy chicken, and great service from the family and friends of theirs who you could tell had a lot of love invested in the place.
Great Southern fried comfort. Whenever I'm feeling rich and blue, I come here, order up a bunch of chicken, mashed potatoes, rolls, cole slaw, and sweet potato pie, and then all in the world is right again! Not for the diet conscious!
This location is an old Pizza Hut with lots of seating, which is great.
