I had been in search of fabulous eyebrows for years just like the ones that I had seen in magazines on the most beautiful celebrities. Six years ago, I read that I too could have beautiful "celebrity"eyebrows by going to Eliza's Eyes, at the Avon salon located in Trump Towers.
Indeed, dreams do come true, as when I visited Eliza’s Eyes Salon for the first time, my appointment was with Eliza’s apprentice, Varvara. She was absolutely AMAZING! Varvara shaped and waxed my eyebrows so beautifully that not even Halle or Oprah could compete with me. Vavara does such a magnificent job that you need only visit her once a month. She is the sweetest. most accommodating, considerate person and most importantly, she is a true professional.
Eliza's Eyes Salon has since closed; but Varvara is now at Warren Tricomi located in the Plaza Hotel. In addition she has her own studio Eyebrow Shaping by Varvara on 57th Street. People are always asking me, "who does your eyebrows" and I proudly say Vavara. I will not let anybody but Vavara touch my eyebrows. She is a gifted professional!
