I've been coming to Eye To Eye optical for years now and I will continue to do so. The owner Frank is very personable and takes the time to answer all of your questions. He will go out of his way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your eyewear purchase. When inside of Eye To Eye ,Frank makes you feel like an old friend and not just a customer. Five Stars! more

I have been a contact wearer for almost 30 years. I have had my eyes examined and have purchased contacts at many optical establishments from coast to coast and in Canada--literally, (I am on the road a lot). And I can honestly say that this was the most thorough eye examination I've ever had! And when I say examination, I'm talking about the actual examination by the resident doctor and later when I was fitted for the proper contacts. I imagine what people are looking for is ""why here, instead of going someplace else?"" Well, there's an answer to that. Other places I've been to over the years, it's the ""ship 'em in and ship 'em out sort of experience"" along with ""Sorry you had to wait two hours to see the doctor, we've been busy sort of silliness,"" or should I say greediness? Eye To Eye Optical is the way it should be in my opinion, not what we've been brainwashed to think as consumers that the wait time is normal. The examination started on time, and even though I got there a little early, instead of the ""Sign in, wait over there sir fake pleasantries,"" Frank made me feel right at home immediately. I even chatted with him a little before my exam. However, the most impressive part was his ability to get down to business and discuss the finer details that one needs to know about when wearing contacts on a daily basis. Mind you, I had already accumulated a little knowledge myself over the years--so Frank had a tough audience, but came through with flying colors. I even learned a few things along the way. I had specific questions and got great answers. Buffalo is lucky to have an optical establishment that will give you the best of both worlds--efficiency, professionalism, and in a comfortable and convenient location. Excellent customer service, Best price and large selections of frames!!!Before visiting this store, I was most nervous about this store,Am I going to get right glasses?. Now that got one, I could not have asked for anything better!!\r Frank was 100% honest and helpful in every way. He answered any questions I had . The best in customer service hands down!!! Do not waste your time at other larger stores, Frank is light years ahead of them in quality and service. I needed emergency eyewear late on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone else, including Eye to Eye was closed. Frank came from home, opened his store for me and gave me free contacts. Forget all the other optical stores and come only to Eye to Eye Optical! Before coming to Eye to Eye Optical, I took my kids to another place (a bigger company that didn't appear to care for much except to get people in and out the door). Six months after seeing them, both my kids complained about seeing poorly! I am so glad that I looked up Eye to Eye Optical and saw all the great reviews. Frank is simply wonderful--he stayed late one day because I couldn't get out of work so that my kids could get their glasses and contacts. He also took the time to teach my kid to put on and take out contacts properly (first-time user). He really makes the effort to make sure that you get the right eyecare, and the prices are very reasonable. Our vision is so important, so whom we trust on eyecare is a decision that needs to be made carefully. I am so glad that we chose Eye to Eye Optical for our family and can't recommend them more! This is a small business focused on quality service and the needs of their customers. Frank, the owner, is polite, professional and understanding. I have been a customer for a year. I called Eye to Eye today since they offered one hour service on contacts. My lens was damaged and was not comfortable. Frank said he could get me in for an exam today with the Doctor. After having a great eye examination, Frank said would I like to see better at night and reduce the glare. He said I could try these new contacts and I would see the difference. I came back for a check up the next week and was seeing better than 20/20. My vision actually improved from the first day. I am glad that he suggested this new product. Visiting from California and the owner stayed open later so I could get fitted for contacts before flying out on the 4th of July. I called four other optical stores and no one would help me. This owner went above and beyond to explain to me why the glasses I got somewhere else actually made it more difficult to see. Frank helped me to pick out the correct glasses and I can finally see again!!!!! He was able to complete my glasses in two days thank goodness.If you had difficulties with your glasses and getting the correct lenses I suggest you go here. I asked so many questions and Frank spent alot of time helping me. He knows his stuff and was really able to get mewhat I needed. He also had a great attitude unlike the lastplace I went and was very patient. My friend recommended him and I'm really glad I came here.
