It is not their fault that they can't keep up with the business they have, or is it? Very happy to install and bill for the service but getting someone to assist with problems associated with the security systems they install is next to impossible. Had an inner -office theft that occured and reported it immeadiately on the same day. Four calendar weeks later, still nothing. Good thing it wasn't a life or death situation. You make the call.
