Stay here if you aren't too picky about house cleaning, food smells, keeping track of your money and noisy neighbors. They raised my rates and never mentioned it, just suprised me with a higher bill, twice. I disputed the bill, they said they would look into it & then put it through on my card anyway, without telling me. They billed a 3.54 phone call to my card w/o explaination, causing my card to temporarily freeze my account because of suspious activity. You have no consumer protection from these guys, no itemized bills, no printouts, nothing.\r
I had a dispute with a noisy neighbor upstairs at all hours of the night. I complained to them twice, they did nothing. I finally asked him in person to please quiet down. He went to the front desk the next morning and made it clear that he wasn't to blame, it was my fault for being disturbed at by his noise at midnight, when I have to attend work at 6AM. The hotel made me move, and they didn't so much as offer the luggage cart to help. \r
