I am new to the area as of the beginning of this year. I was very pleased to find Expert Car Care, Inc. as a reputable independant automotive place that is fairly close to my work and home. My truck needed front end work and regular routine maintenance which ended up being almost $70.00 cheaper than anywhere else in the area after taking them up on their ""meet or beat"" pricing guarantee. Overall, I feel they are honest and upfront. I have been recommending them to my new friends and coworkers and will continue coming back. They have a clean and comfortable customer waiting area as well, with a flatscreen and a couple very cool fishy tanks! more

I went to this place. Their prices posted are inaccurate and they charge shop fees so this also jacks up prices. When I had work done, they gave me a laundry list of so-called needed repairs, including a badly leaking water pump. There was no sign of a leaking pump anywhere on the car. I took my car to respected shop and they said their is no leak whatsoever and no evidence of any fluid leak. They also said my struts and shocks were bad. They aren't. Their business practices are very shady and dishonest. I would never return here again. more

Expert Automotive has always been honest with me, and never overcharged or done un-necessary work on my car. Ben, the service manager tells me what is wrong and exactly what is needed to fix it. I trust them completely, and would recommend them.\r \r Their Saturday hours help a great deal if you have a 9-5 M-F job. more

Expert Auomotive is the best repair shop I have ever been to, I have been going there for about 10 years now, and I will NEVER go to another repair shop. They are all very friendly, honest and they do great work, I have never had a problem. more
