I just use this car service last week while I was in San Diego. The driver Oleg was very nice and personable. he was nice enough to engage in conversation with me as I me as I am a talker. I normally rent a car but decided to try a car service and was more than pleased. He was on time and early for my pick ups, his car was immaculate, and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this car service and especially Oleg! more

Once again they deliver! I am so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the drivers. When I arrived I gave my driver a call and there was no delay or any type of phone tag, which is rare to find these days especially after a 6 hour flight! more

Used the Yelp deal for a town car service to San Diego Airport for my mother. The owner is extremely nice and professional. My mother was very pleased with the service as the driver was on time, friendly, and helped with her bags. She arrived with plenty of time to spare. She said the best part was he was happy to provide the service, and didn't pressure her for a tip as soon as she got out of the car. He was very thankful for the tip (we did tip well) and made sure she had everything before he departed. Would definitely recommend them! \r Selena Rodriguez more

I'm sending my kids (ages 18, 15, and 7) to the airport alone. They also needed reliable transportation from Poway to San Diego, and I wasn't excited at the prospect of trusting them to a taxi cab. This company have many reviews, so I poked around on the internet and found that Alec, the owner, used to work for another highly rated car company in the area (don't know if I'm allowed to say, so do your homework). He's been in business for himself since 1991, but his prices seem very competitive. I spoke with Alec 2-3 times by email to work out the details of the kids' trip and his professionalism really put my mind at ease, even promising to drive my kids himself to be sure there were no problems. \r \r Alec is a competent, well mannered guy and after speaking to him I'm happily satisfied and incredibly relieved. I'll update this review after the kids' trip to the airport, but I wanted to give this company a shoutout in case anyone else is interested in giving them a call.\r \r more

why do things have to be so difficult? i hate not getting what i pay for; especially in today's economy, if I decide to splurge for an evening of being driven I definately want to get the right service. Not using this company EVER AGAIN. I was shocked at the lateness and carelessness of the driver as well as the owner who acted as if this is not a big deal. more

Horrible Experience 5/9/2012

I was so distressed making this reservation and then to top things off the driver was late. I would just like to get the service I pay for, is that too much to ask for. I will continue to try other companies until they get it Right. The driver was also wearing a coffee stained shirt and the backseat had crumbs on the seat and floor, you would think he would clean it up before picking me up. more

Executive Town Car Service in San Diego is a really professional and efficient limo service. These guys are the real deal. I recommended them to all my friends. Check this out , $54 San Diego Airport to downtown! Last year, I used Carry limo (once), they charged me around $100 to get from San Diego Lindbergh Field ; are you kidding me? There is no difference in service between those to limousine companies. They are both very professional but when it comes to costs, Executive will always be my choice. Thanks! more

I have utilized the services of Executive Town Car Service extensively over the past year. I flew every week for 5 months last year, leaving my house at 4:45 a.m. and returning late a night later in the week. Every time they were on time, professional, and courteous. I also utilize their services for personal events. I would recommend them 100% and have never experience a problem with their service, in fact, over the years I would rate them the best town car service I have used in Southern California. more

I fly to San Diego once or twice a year depending on business. I have used other Limo services in San Diego but this is the first time I have used Executive Town Car Service. It is by far one of the good ones out there. The driver was on time and what I liked was he has courtesy on his client. I asked where a good restaurant for large group of people and right of the bat recommended me to a nice restaurant. I have heard good micro breweries in the area and gave mutiple recommendation. I used these guys before, long ago nearly 3 years to be exact and was pretty satisfied with the service I received. Pretty much everything was fine except for the drivers hard to understand English, but we managed, with patience and repetition we managed. But this last experience left me feeling under the radar. Very difficult making the reservation, I called in but the dispatcher kept refferring me to the internet, I kept telling him that I would like to make the reservation now while we were on the phone, but he kept telling me to just go online, maybe he was busy but really is it that difficult to write it down. The driver was distant and unpleasant, anyways I am not a fan of internet reservations I prefer to speak to a live person and confirm. more

Rather pay out of pocket then use this company thru work 3/19/2012

Recently began working at a sister company from my previous employer. Have been travelling for work for over 10 years all over the coutry. This has had to be by far the worst experience ever and believe me I have plenty for comparison. My company had emailed to me a confirmation from this carrier for my transportation to my hotel from the airport. I arrived on 02/18/12 in the late afternoon for a Monday morning appointment. Upon arrival the weather was horrible it was raining/hailing but nevertheless and to my surprise our flight was only 15 min delayed, but more over to my surprise the driver was not inside waiting for me. I only had carry on luggage with me so I was ready to go. I called the main number and was told that the driver is running 10 min late due to weather, after 25 min of waiting and a call to dispatch once again this time being transferred to vmail I hailed a cab and was taken to my hotel as well I got in touch with my company and told them to make sure to cancel all my other travels with them. After a four hour flight and having a 7 am meeting Monday morning the last thing I wanted to do was to wait around for the driver. I will be writing a formal complaint to ensure I will not be assigned to this company ever again. more

wish i could have gotten away without even giving the one star, had a reservation for yesterday to go to the airport, yes i know that the rain causes delays but at the same time i also know that as a professional driver you would give yourself extra time to arrive on time. the driver showed up 35 min late then on the way to the airport to try to make up the time starts speeding, the phone kept ringing of the hook as he was behind schedule and other customers were calling with complaints. i made a comment for him to stop answering calls until he dropped me off. not about to jeopardize my safety/life for you to book an extra trip. either get a dispatcher or more drivers. NOT USING YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. more

wish i could have gotten away with writing this review and not even giving the one star but otherwise i would not be able to comment. was so late because of these people, no sence of responsibility to customers whatsoever. showed up almost 35 min late, honestly i do not cae how much traffic was on the road that's why you have internet and other means of prepping for a pick up, try checking the latest traffic reports and untilizing todays technology to be ON TIME. NOT USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN and what pissed me off the most is that the dispatcher did not even offer any sort of discount or even a verbal apology. 20% on top of the rate and then expecting a tip on top of that?!?!? FOR WHAT? your tardiness!!! more

I guess i was another unlucky customer; my driver was late and without any care as if my time is not important. I was visibly upset and arrived late for a dinner with friends so needless to say will not call them again. Horrible Customer Service. My time is valuable and I dislike making people wait so this company is not for me. more

Professional and most importantly on time 2/11/2012

I was recommended this service by one my colleagues. I frequently fly in San Diego for conferences and always seem to strike out with my drivers with the exception of this last trip. Executive Town Car Service far exceeded any of my previous experiences with similar services. I was treated with courtesy, and promptness and most importantly received a great experience. The driver showed up early, this indicated to me they were very serious in their guarantees on getting me to my destination on time, the vehicle was clean, and the driver was very professional and experienced. The ride was comfortable and the driver had great recommendations on different dining establishments. Overall this is what I expected and more. I would highly recommend this service and their staff, you get more than your dollars worth here, you get reliability. Yana. more

feel ripped off 2/7/2012

wanted to use a promotion 10% coupon I found online for them, when I booked the ride I even confirmed that it may be used; the dispatcher acknowledged and confirmed but the driver refused:( wish I used the other company because without this discount the other guys had better/cheaper rates. Overall for my return trip I shopped around and found 15% cheaper YAY. more

Wonderful Customer Service! 2/1/2012

Booked withoout to much notice and they were right on top of things. Arrived at my home for a 5 am pick up right on time. The drivers were extremely professional. The pick up from the airport ran very smoothly as well. The dispatcher was professional and made me feel at ease with all of the arramgements. Attention to detail and superior customer service makes this the executive town car service to call. I will use them from this day forward. more

Looking for another company 1/26/2012

I see I was not the only one who was left hanging without an explanation, apology or simply a curteousy phone call. I would think that when a service company messes up at least they would somehow like to make it up; well not this company; they simply let you go to vmail. Seems that the driver did not show, doublebooked or they forgot to put my trip on their schedule. more
