They took my money first and after I found out the same dirty spot they did not want return my money.I try to get the manager and she was so rood, its not even ONE star service. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO THERE more

BEST DRY CLEANERS EVER 4/19/2011

This place was without a doubt the best dry cleaners that i have been to in western NY. I had attended a benefit for a family friend and happened to win the gift certificates that executive had so kindly donated to help a local family of Clarence. Not only do they clean and press your clothes with excellence but they have the friendliest staff i have encountered at such a small business, i had even received a friendly phone call a week after i picked up my order just to make sure i was a satisfied customer! After several years of unsatisfied service and quality at other local dry cleaners, i was more than impressed with Arthur's executive cleaners. Highly recommended. 5+ stars!!!!!!!! They went cheap on their service 8/9/2005

Executive used to be the best cleaners - you paid more, but it was worth it. Recently, they must have switched cleaners because it has been terrible. I would bring a lot of women's blouses - the cotton kind with a little stretch. Every time I would get them back, they would have creases in the arms and collar. They told me that this material was "impossible" to get perfectly ironed. But I've been cleaning these shirts for years (with them!) and they always were perfect. It came down to them using a new cleaner - but they would do nothing to fix the problem. I ended up leaving them - a real disappointment. more
