Originally from Chicago on a business trip to San Diego; I used them for the first time half a year ago and was disappointed with the driver being late to pick me up from the airport. Decided to give them another try as when I complained to their main office I was told that they will release the ""bad driver""; this time topped the icing on the cake as upon arrival at the airport I find the same driver picking me up, driving slow he then proceeded to accept telephone calls and booking orders/writing information. Seems like a one man band; I felt so unsafe with his driving; very unprofessional/I was trying to listen to my vmail as he is re-asking / repaeting someones pick up/drop off locations and other personal info. I cancelled my return to the airport and booked with another company with even a better rate but mostly important professional customer service. more

The dispatcher was difficult to understand but we managed to book a reservation; seemed like he was under the influence well it was right after dinner also his English is challanging. I had to call back nearly 4 times in a 2 day period to get the confirmation emailed as was promised; everytime he kept giving me some excuse. On the day of the trip he called me asking if it would be alright if the driver is running late; when I asked how long I was shocked to hear 40 min; REALLY? I told him NO that's unacceptable so he said that he will be sending another driver; the thing I got out of this is that he is a one man band because NO ONE SHOWED UP and when I called back several times I only got the voice mail. ETCS completely ruined it for me that day and ofcourse I was super late, I got another company to take care of me and then was shocked to get my credit card statement to see that he had the audacity to charge my card; it cost me time and aggravation but ofcourse I disputed the charges. Horrible Customer Service and actually the second company I called had better pricing. Good Luck but don't bother with this guy. more

I placed a pick up a month in advance to go to the airport for a 6am flight; the driver showed up 35 min late; in the meantime I was calling the main number to only be sent to vmail; when the dispatcher finally picked up the phone his English was so broken I was barely able to understand his excuses; anyways needless to say once the driver showed up he didn't even get out of the car to help me place my luggage in the trunk but he did pop it open from the inside. The ride was unbelievable slow as the driver was nodding off. The driver was also not a happy camper as I left no tip for such horrendous service. I even feel its unfair to give the one star as they deserved NONE but otherwise I wouldn'y be able to warn others. more

I was recommended this service by one my colleagues. I frequently fly in San Diego for conferences and always seem to strike out with my drivers with the exception of this last trip. Executive Town Car Service far exceeded any of my previous experiences with similar services. I was treated with courtesy, and promptness and most importantly received a great experience. The driver showed up early, this indicated to me they were very serious in their guarantees on getting me to my destination on time, the vehicle was clean, and the driver was very professional and experienced. The ride was comfortable and the driver had great recommendations on different dining establishments. Overall this is what I expected and more. I would highly recommend this service and their staff, you get more than your dollars worth here, you get reliability. more

I've had a corporate account with this company for over 3 years now and they have never been late to pick me up at the airport, always on time. The best part though, are the drivers. They are well mannered and courteous. Their cars are clean and the ride is smooth and satisfactory. I'm going to hold this account for a while with them. more

They failed to show up! I nearly missed my flight for an important business trip. I called asking where my ride was and never heard from them after leaving a voicemail. You'd think they would have at least called back to apologize but no. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Even one start is too much. more

I hired Executve Towncar Service for an early morning Airport ride. They answered promptly and a Towncar was outside my apartment on time. I used this company on my birthday. The driver showed up before sheduled time, was very polite and attentive. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend their services. I have been using this service for the past year and have never had any issues. The driver always shows us before scheduled time and follows up with a courtesy phone call to let me know he is waiting. The cars are always clean and the drivers are always well dressed and polite. I am glad I opened an account with them. more

Poor service. Arrived 20 minutes late causing me to rush after my arrival at the airport. The driver was very casual about the situation even after I told him he was 20 minutes late. I travel regularly, and often fly out very early in the morning. I sleep soundly the night before when I've made my reservation with Executive Town Car Service - from my many trips with them, I know the driver will be downstairs at least 10 minutes before my pick-up time, and will call me a few minutes ahead to let me know he's ready to go. That peace-of-mind really makes a difference vs. having to track down a cab or wondering about whether the car is going to show up. Pros: New clean town car. comfortable.
