Executive Maids

Wish I could give no stars! I contacted executive maids about two years ago to get some general info. They were too pricey so I didn't use them. Since then, I have been harassed by this company via facebook-constant friend requests, writing on my wall (had to block) and contacting me through personal emails. I called them several times to kindly requet they cease contacting me to no avail! more

I started using Executive Maids 3 months ago, and their performance began less than stellar, and has diminished steadily. The maids left less than 30 minutes ago, and there is dust on every piece of furniture, cat hair on the sofa and chairs, and dust mice on the hardwood floors. The smoked glass doors on the refrigerator are a swirly mess, my sink is stained and countertops are dull with residue. It goes on all over the house. To make matters worse each month their fee has increased by an unannounced $20.00. They won't have to worry about me using their services ever again. They were here today for 2 whole hours and the only thing they cleaned properly was my wallet! NO THANK YOU! more

In the 8+ years we've lived in our house, it has never been cleaner than after our first housecleaning from Executive Maids! They were friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, flexible, and utterly thorough. In addition, the customer service (provided by Billie Joe) was cheerful, responsive, and helpful---the way you wish that ALL customer service would be. I've been using this company for ten years or more and have always been pleased with the service. The staff pays attention to my requests and works within my schedule. They are pleasant, and thorough in their work and I am comfortable leaving them in my home. What more could anyone want from a house-keeping company? I would (and have) recommend them for jobs of any size. It's a pleasure (and a rarity) to have a company on which you can completely rely to take care of this very personal service. more

A neighbor recommended Executive Maids over 3 years ago, and we have been very pleased with their service ever since. We regularly refer others to them, as there is nothing like customer assurances. I like how professional the administrative staff is, with reminder calls and exact date and time notifications. They are extremely flexible with date changes to accommodate our schedule, and they offer an array of services customized to our needs. Most of the time when the team of women come, we are not at home. But they are trustworthy, conscientious, and thorough. It is such a pleasure to return home to a clean and neat home. On the occasions when I am home, I have found the women to be pleasant, professional, and coordinated as a team. I have been a consistent customer of Executive Maids for 4 1/2 years. They have always been attentive to detail, prompt and honest. The office staff is always willing to work with my regarding time of day I need my home cleaned. I consistently have the same cleaning team in my home and they are prompt and friendly and work extremely hard and take pride in their work. I am always beyond satisfied when I come home and my house smells and looks so clean!!!! The price I pay is well worth the hard work it takes to clean my home. I have recommended Executive Maids to my friends and will continue to do so. more

Executive maids are the worst cleaning service I have ever used. The cleaning crews do the bare minimum in terms of cleaning - they never clean any areas of the house that are out of common site. Furthermore, they have forgotten to set the alarm on my house after completion of the cleaning 4 times over the past year. The management office is full of excuses and never takes responsibility for thier errors - they claim setting the alarm is very confusing for thier maids, but interestingly enough, the maids have no problem disabling the alarm on arrival. This most recent cleaning was a one-time cleaning of a vacant, very dirty, apartment which I own. The tenant who left paid for it, since he didn't have time to clean the place himself. All of the furniture had been removed, though, so it wasn't a usual cleaning . My "usual" team did a great job. They are always professional, whether they are cleaning my house, my rental carriage house, or any other place I own or (as a Realtor) I have the owner bring them in. The bathroom & kitchen were filthy when they started, and looked very good when they left. They cleaned the oven, the stove top, the refrigerator, the insides of the cabinets. The new tenant saw the apartment later in the day, and she was relieved and very happy, having seen it in its dirty state before! I know that I don't have to worry about anything, when they come! I know that they will do everything well. I always have a good experience talking to the management team in your office, too. Thanks for your hard work. Executive Maids has been cleaning my home for the past 6 years and have never been disappointed. I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for the ladies who make life so much easier for me. I am elderly and recently widowed and their presence in my home keeps everything sparking from kitchen sinks to bathtubs. The ladies arrive on schedule in teams of three, dressed in clean uniforms and are prepared to clean with their cleaning supplies and equipment. They are extremely quiet and efficient. They check with me to see if I have any special requests. They are completely honest, trustworthy and very careful of my furniture and possessions. I have no reservations about leaving them in my home alone. The ladies definitely have a routine that they follow. Each Executive Maid seems to go to the area that is her specialty. They all seem to cooperate with one another. My house is large, so they have a lot to do. These are lovely women and it is always a pleasure to see them. When they leave, I then have the pleasure of having a sparkling clean home. Pros: Excellent service, would never switch services, cleaners and management are all professional Cons: none more

I am a young professional and live in the West Mt. Airy section of the city. As an attorney, my work hours are rather long and sometimes I fall behind in my house work. The Executive Maids arrived at my apartment promptly at the time of my scheduled cleaning and did an excellent job helping me. They have done my apartment in the past. However, previously I did some cleaning "before my cleaning". However, most recently, I did not have time to pre-clean; my apartment was a wreck. The ladies organized my things and left my bathroom, kitchen and living room including the hard wood floors wonderfully clean. Most impressive was their work on my foyer closet which was so messy, everytime I opend the door there was an avalanche. The ladies organized the closet for me and I have peace of mind that when someone visits my place they can look in the closet without an incident. I don't normally take the time to write this kind of review. However, because I was charged reasonable rates for the amount of work which the ladies completed in my living space I am compelled to write a positive review. Additionally, the ladies were recommended to me by a friend and both of us agree that they are honest too. Pros: Great Work Cons: None more

terrible! first the woman who sets up the initial service had an attitude when i called she spoke to me like she really didn't want to be answering calls she acted like i was bothering her when asking her about the services they offered. . she then told me she wouldn't know exactly when the maids would be coming thats great for me i have nothing better to dothan wait for some maids between an 8-hour window during the cleaning process i observed their work first hand. first these women moved any slower they would going backwards . they also to about 25 min just to go back and forth from there car to get their supplies. these girls didn't want to work and did the least amount of work with the least effort possible so this is the break down 3 girls 3 and half hours 1 and a half bathrooms done 1 and a half rooms of windows done and kitchen counter wiped. ..when my wife got home and she checked around the house she was extremely angry it looked exactly the same as when she left. se demanded i complain i kind of really didn't want them back in my house the girls weren't phillys finest. they didn't even look like maids they more looked like inner-city girls on some kind of work release program. we later on hired an brazilian woman who in 3 hours washed dishes cleaned both bathrooms mopped hard wood floors living room dining room mopped marble floor wiped kitchen counter took dishes from upstairs to downstairs to be washed dusted 3 rooms wiped all tables and charged 80 dollars we payed executive maid over 300. i chose executive maids online and like allot of online site sometimes you have to try them and you take a loss . would highly recommend staying away from this service. if you could see my wife's face when i even say the words executive maids. i know its hard to find a good cleaning service but what ever you do stay away from exec maids Pros: none Cons: service, maid staff, attitude,price more

I started using them because I was having unexpected surgery and didn't want to come home to a not so clean house. They were wonderful. Fit me in before my surgery and cleaned my house from top to bottom. I thought I would only have them one time til I got on my feet. It took longer to get "on my feet" than I had planned so I set them up for every 2 weeks. Now I'm back to work and fine and they are still coming. Knowing that I will be coming home to a clean house means more family time on weekends. And I love the clean smell when I walk in. I trust them to enter my house when I'm not there. They have no problem when I show up home in the middle of their work. Their work is excellent. They even survive my children's bedrooms, which is more than I can say for myself. I am a new client and needed my house to be 'deep cleaned'; the cleaning that I don't want to do on a monthly basis: super-scrub the bathrooms and kitchen. Along with the heavy stuff, I asked them to dust and vacuum. Three women came and the house was spotless in about an hour and a half. I was there the entire time (not because I didn't trust them, but was trying to book a trip which ended up taking forever), but I would feel just as confident leaving them alone. I did not fear for my stuff or feel the need to make sure everything was safe once they left. The women were kind and friendly, professional and thorough. I am a pretty good housekeeper on my own, so the house isn't usually messy, but having it professionally cleaned makes a difference. My husband and I were thrilled, and I am happy to recommend the Executive Maids as providers of superior service. I talked to the owner to compliment her on her wonderful cleaning team, and found a person who does genuinely care. If you need maid service, this is the one for you! Pros: Quality more

My husband and I are busy professionals and we have been using a maid service for many years. When we moved to the Philadelphia area two years ago, we tried Executive Maids and we have stayed with them since. They clean very thoroughly. My husband and I are very picky and we notice when our furniture is not dusted well. Our home is dust-free every time they clean, and because I have dust allergies, I truly appreciate it. The quality of the cleaning service has continued for the long term. The continued quality service was a nice surprise because I've often noticed that the quality drops with most maid services after the first few visits. They even wipe out the microwave, and it's those little added touches that make them a special maid service. Pros: Excellent, quality cleaning. Cons: You pay a little more, but it's worth it. more

I have these ladies at my home every other week starting my third year. In that time, I have found them to be both professional and efficient. Not just once in a while...every time. There was a breakage incident one time. (coffee carafe) I purchased another one and the price was taken right off my bill, no hassles at all. I was so impressed with the service that I gave it as a Christmas present to my friend and she couldn't have been happier. They have house keys to both my house and my girl friends house. I have been using Executive Maids and have not had one problem. If they do happen to miss something (they are human!), you bring it to their attention and it's corrected before they leave. I have used two different teams and they are both great. I prefer to use the same team because they are familiar with my home. They come in, get to work and they're done! I have inadvertently left expensive items out and they were still there when the ladies left so I don't think that stealing is a problem as mentioned in another post. These are not "2 dollar-a-day maids" at a Mexican resort, but true professionals. I have recommended them to friends of mine and I usually don't do that with businesses or services. Two of my family members noticed an item missing immediately after the maids left. I called Executive Maids and asked them to reimburse. (they had already fired the employee) I was told the owner would call back. She never did. And they never showed up for the scheduled cleaning. Find an honest service that actually will insure a loss and is smart enough to not lose regular clients over an item that costs less than one cleaning!
