I think the place changes owners. People there does not speak English well. I was lied to when I asked for a previous stylist, which I had one time, they said she was still there so I made an appointment. When I showed up, they said the girl was not there anymore but they still could do the job. They charged me $100 for a hair perm (curly) and dye with my color material. Story short, my hair was not curl at all, damaged, and they said I select too big of curl rods (a 1/4 of an inch!!). All the time, the stylist was busy getting more customers for hair cut, and she spend so little time to wash and dry my hair during perming/ neutralizing cycle. She did not even check if my hair got any curl during the process. I think if you want to perm your hair here, consider it very carefully. Does it worth it to pay and get a damaged hair? Spend your time to search for much better salons before you lose your money to their lies, promises and end up getting bad, damaged hair like mine.
Good luck!!
