Evos is Feel Great Fast Food. In fact our name comes from the word "evolve," and EVOS is evolving the fast food industry by offering flavorful fast food while reducing calories, fat, trans fats and processed low-quality ingredients. All of our menu items are cooked with 100% pure air vs. greasy oils. We offer hormone-free chicken, cholesterol-free soy burgers and hormone-free and antibiotic-free steak. In Short Located in Sandy Springs’ renovated old-school happenin’ area The Prado, Evos is a one-of-a-kind burger and fries joint (and burritos?) that is absolutely nothing like a burger and fries joint. Stepping inside, one is immediately bombarded by all that is mother earth-centered. The floors are brown colors, the walls are textured green, and the kitchen is sky blue (dirt, grass, sky, get it?). The employees are eager to explain all the health benefits of their hormone-free organic beef, and are quick to offer a taste of their French fries that are “air cooked”, kicking the deep fat fryer to the curb. The fries are surprisingly fluffy and flavorful and 4 gourmet catsups are available to try out (don’t miss the cayenne firewalker). Wash it down with a Frosty-esque chocolate shake that hovers around 200 calories.
