Stacy Chou is the owner and the loan broker for Evergreen Financial. She has great rate. I don't know how many mortgage plan she provides because she only quote me for 30 years conventional loan. I like her rate and I think she is very knowledgeable. The only problem I had with her was -- When she was busy, there was no one in the office that could answer my questions. All other seemed to be new. At least at that time I applied for the loan. And she was too busy to return call. She did carry out all her promises.
