I got my glasses in January. I had to go back the week after because the left lens was off and since then I have going once or twice a month to have the same lens placed back or replaced, Every time I walk in the store I feel uncomfortable about their customer service, it is bad, really bad specially the store manager has a terrible actitud. I already paid $20 once when the lens broke when fell off and today they told me I have to pay another $30 to replace the lens because is chipped, but they refused to do something about the fact that it keeps coming off. My plan allows me to get glasses every two years, now I have to wait for another 18 months or pay for these defective glasses to be repaired, because they told that they are not fixing them unless I pay for it. Do not use their services.
