This is a very poorly managed business that is not familiar with the concept of good customer service. I will never go there again and will make sure none of my friends will.
I purchased two sowhatsthedeal deals: one for myself, another one as a gift. In a rush, the other person didn't bring the printout, but had the coupon number. The front desk person refused to accept it claiming that people somehow reused them. In my experience with any groupon type deals, the coupon number is the only thing a business would need to track a purchase. Eurospa is unable to keep record of used coupon numbers and makes its clients pay for it, which brings me to the most unpleasant part of the experience. The guy was nearly screaming at me while a) saying he had no time for me; b) forcing me to go to Kinko's to us to print out the coupon. That's a great way to have no repeat customers...
All in all, it was the worst experience I ever had in a service based industry. To be honest, I can't see them being accommodating in case of any mishap, miscommunication, emergency, etc. Don't go there.
