I dropped a fishing reel off to be repaired and was told it would be ready in a week in time for my trip. It had not even been started when I returned to pick it up. I was asked to wait another week, I waited two and when I returned it was still not ready. When I came back a third time Eric told me I waited too long and he sold it, he did not even give me the money he sold it for. He did tell me that he felt bad. What a tool, I will never do business here again, I recommend you do business elsewhere.
