Worst service in the industry--and that is saying something!! I would highly recommend running for your life, before signing a contract with this company. They hide behind hidden fees, but pretend to be giving you a great deal on sub-par service. I was originally quoted $150 as my first bill, but it was well over $400. The company does not care about their customers, but on top of all that the internet service is slow, the cable service is constantly skipping in between shows, and the on-demand service that they claim to offer is always "unavailable". I am extremely displeased with this service, if you are considering switching, I would look at one of the bigger named companies--you will be more satisfied in the end. In all honesty, every cable/internet company will charge about the same, but bigger companies like Comcast and AT&T will offer consistently great service.
