I rented a car from a different location over the internet. When I called to change my order slightly, the person on the phone was very unwilling to meet my demand. She basically stuck me with the original offer. I then decided to call around to other Enterprises to see if I could shift my reservation to a different location (which, she was not willing to do for me). It was then, that I stumbled upon Reggie. He was more than willing to locate the vehicle that I wanted. He took down all of my information and said that he would return my call after searching. He even guaranteed that he could produce something by 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and had to go with the original reservation, but if I had the time to wait, I would have definitely swaped my reservation to this location. I will definately rent from Enterprise again; however, it will be from the location on Euclid in Wickliffe, OH.
