I live in the neighborhood of this Enterprise location and whenever my wife and I go on a trip, we rent a car from them. The prices are very good for NYC and the customer service is great. No reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Enterprise! Pros: Price, Service more

Way To Go Guys 6/9/2008

We rented a Luxury van from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in New York and the van was brand new with 1856 miles on it. We had lots of fun driving it to Orlando Florida, 22 inch Flat Screen and GPS worked beautifully. Patricia. Jamaica NY more

Poor Customer Service 9/17/2007

What I thought would be a quick and easy pick up and drop off turned out to be a frustrating experience. Most of the staff were overly friendly, asking way too many personal questions about my trip, etc, ""where are you going,"" small talk, etc, while the main audible staff member chewed gum with his mouth open. He also insisted on shaking my hand upon arrival and after my return, as if our two companies had just successfully completed a merger. This felt more like I was in a Seinfeld episode. They failed to go over everything in the contract thoroughly when he forgot to ask me and my girlfriend if we both wanted to be down as drivers. After getting into the car, we returned inside and battled for his attention while he and his fellow staff member played with the next customer's toddler. I was surprised to experience this level of unprofessionalism under what I can only blame poor management and a lack of basic sensible company conduct policies. enterprise you truly saved the day, rather the weekend! i waited to the last minute to rent a car and of course everyone was sold out- it was a holiday weekend so I am not sure what i was thinking....but Pros: service more

the cars are not pristine but Enterprise works hard to please the customer -- in some cases picking you up and driving you to the rental lot. Prices are about 20 percent lower than the big guys more
