We rented a mini-van from Enterprise for Thanksgiving vacation out of town. The van was fine, exactly as expected. Two criticisms of Enterprise - 1) we reserved the van two weeks ahead, and we received a call from Enterprise to ""confirm"" that we really wanted the van not once, not twice, but six times. Is this really necessary? 2) There were several charges which were not discussed up front and added considerably to the overall cost, such as added driver charge, city and county gross receipt tax, area regional fee, vehicle licensing fee, and charges listed as ""DW"" and ""RAP"" which were described as ""part of the basic charges"". I would be much happier if, in the future, Enterprise could make their charges more transparent and clearly enumerate them up front, i.e, before you return the rental.
