I had to switch a rental because of a bad inspection from another location and this location did not check me in or out, gave me a car with rust damage on it among other issues and then insisted I caused the rust damage (which is not possible in the time I had it). I even spoke to them about the damage when I picked up the car and was told obviously that is pre-existing don't worry. When I tried to report it to Enterprise I did not hear back for 2 months and had to resort to leaving comments on Facebook and e-mailing to get any kind of response, finally gave up. There was no apology and they tried to take advantage of me. Be careful if you rent here, and make sure they actually check you out correctly and go over the entire car.
