Horrible- taking my business elsewhere 4/14/2011

Went to their office in Reedman-Toll in Langhorne. Treated like a little child by a rude, arrogant clerk. Apparently, if you have a cast on your wrist you cannot rent a car without a doctor's note. Now, when you consider that they have rentals available for people with disabilities this seems a bit absurd. According to their policy, If i were Stephen Hawking I could rent a car but not if I have an immobilized wrist. I guess this is what happens when you deal with minimum wage morons . more
