Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This Enterprise Rent-a-car on 1122 Abby has very poor customer relations. I feel cheated by them. They did not let me know clearly that they were closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday, Although I did not use the truck on those days, they still wanted to charge me for them. I tried to return the truck Saturday at 12:30 but they were closed at 12. Even though I told them I may return the truck earlier than the week planned, they did not verbally let me know that they would be closed Saturday afternoon and all of Sunday. Online advertised a Dodge Magnum for 107 for a two day weekend. I called to confirm they would pick us up at Amtrak and we could leave the car at the airport. He said yes, plus they are open weekends, but the car would be a Charger for the same price. Well we got there and were advised they had only one car, a P T Cruiser, which they continue to say is the same size as a Charger. Oh, they are not open weekends, and their is no drop box at the airport. This occurred in Bakersfield. But cooperate says Fresno is the head office for Bakersfield. We have waited for 30 days and had no contact from them. Our flight left early in the am so we returned the car at 4:30 am. than took a cab to the airport (kinda defeated the reason for getting a rental car) costing us $24. I checked afterwards and the website still said they served the airport, and the lady on the phone at their reservation system still confirmed thay have a drop box at the airport. Also that they save the type car we reserve. Yea Right! Pros: Great Service in Oregon. A Charger for two day weekend at $80. Cons: Smaller car by far, did not save Charger, not open weekends, don't serve airport, needed to rent taxi for $24. more
