Asst mgr would not honor our reservation made through one of the big online vendors. Lied that he did not have our phone#., lied that the car was unavailable (5 mini vans on lot, one was there every day, but did move, so it was operable). Called the 800 number and talked for 2 hours to friendly rep, who was powerless. National rep did talk to asst mgr about car; asst mgr lied to him as well, and hung up on him. Gave him wrong phone # for manager. 6'4" Asst mgr came out and yelled at me for a while, I'm 5.2 f with 5 little kids. National agent told me to look out window to avoid him attacking me. Later, when all other customers and employees were out of building, he came into the waiting room, ripped up papers behind me (looking out of window), banged on phone or computer, tore papers off a printer, banged around right behind me. I feared for my safety, and soon after examined all cars on lot so I would know which ones were there later in the week ( the one lt blue mini moved around, but was not rented). Left when 2.5 year old had to go potty, as I feared we would be attacked if we returned inside. National did not try to get us a car beond calling one other location. Never again with any Enterprise.
