Steve could not have been nicer or more considerate. He was polite and asked questions regarding our tank and field. He also asked me questions regarding military status or if we were over 55 as there were discounts for people in that status. I was thrilled as every little discount helps and I am over 55 and a military vet! If everyone's service providers were as nice and personable as he is I would never dread another service call again! more

Steve was more then just prompt...he was early. Very friendly. Took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Explained what a home owner should be looking for regardless of who pumps your septic. more
