Will never use Emma's again - combines inability to deliver on promises with possibly the worst (and unapologetic) customer service I have encountered in a long time. Ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered to my wife's office for our anniversary. Was very, very specific that one order was to arrive in the morning, and the second to arrive later in the day - Emma's staff assured me that this would happen. Well, it didn't - both orders arrived at exactly the same time. Called Emma's to find out what went wrong and to let them make it right and their "suggestion" for fixing the situation was to take one order of flowers back from my wife (that she had already received) and then re-deliver them again later in the day!!!!! This was their attempt to make the situation right - to take back flowers they had already delivered and re-deliver them - I had to ask the customer service person to repeat themselves because at first I thought she was just joking. If they can't get a simple request right, and especially if this is how they attempt to "fix" issues that they created, then I will never use Emma for flower delivery again.
