We decided to take our car into this place because my husband knew the owner and said he has always done good work for him. I don't know if ownership has changed but this has been a very bad experience and we will never take any of our vehicles there again.\r

It was one lie after another, and they would never call us on the status we aways had to call them and then it was always an excuse. \r

We took the car in on Monday which they said they were going to start that day, told us we would have it back Wed. or Thurs., I finally had to call on Thurs. and ask them if it was done, they said no because they had just started on it. We finally got it back several days later then over the weekend the A/C started to blow hot air, (they had replaced the A/C Condensor) so we took it in on Tues. was suppose to be done on Wed. and guess what it is now Thurs. no news until I called them, and still not done they knew what had to be replaced this morning, but decided to wait all day until they called for the parts late this afternoon so now the parts won't be there until morning. \r

I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau also. They got paid for the repairs 10 days ago and we still don't have a vehicle.....this is not right.\r
