Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Clean and organized facility. Plenty to gloat about but you can assume what's great about this specific laser spa. Kristin was my tech and did a wonderful job creating conversation and completed the whole procedure quickly and professionally. Somewhat relaxing for me as odd as that sounds. more

Best Tattoo Removal. 10/19/2010

After one tattoo removal from Element Laser Spa I had results equal to several sessions, at two other tattoo removal locations. The price has been the least expensive of any place I have checked. Even if I had to pay more I would still save money. Considering how fast the removal has been. Everyone is very friendly, and Jessica the laser tech does a great job staying right on the line of the tattoo. And gets it done quick. Element will get your tattoo removed cheaper with fewer appointments to pay for. more

I went to Elements to get my hair removed from my bikini line and I have to say the entire experience was great! I was so nervous about it since it was my first time getting laser hair removal but Michelle made me so at ease. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. It's cool to be Hairless! 12/2/2009

I go to Elements Laser Spa for my laser hair removal, and have had only a few treatments and am very happy with my results, i used to shave daily in the summer to avoid having a 5-O'clock shadow in my "girlie" area, now i can go for weeks with out shaving... and as a plus, i no longer get ingrown hairs. I am stoked about my results, and im going to start on my legs now that its winter time, so i can be hair-free for the summer... i recommend this to anyone with hair :) Pros: great people, great location, best lasers Cons: redness that lasts 20-30 minutes more

No More Ingrown Hairs or Bumps on Face 12/1/2009

As an African American i use to get a lot of ingrown hairs that would cause many bumps to appear on my face and neck. I tried everything from double to triple razors to anti-bump creams. Nothing worked as well as when my laser hair treatment began at Elements Laser Hair Removal. Even while i still had hair growth i noticed a weekly reduction in in-grown hair and bumps. Awesome staff. Every one of them is friendly but still professional. They take the time to answer your questions and explain the procedures. They never try to rush you out the door. I first started going for laser tattoo removal which I was very nervous and skeptical about but was made to feel comfortable once I talked to them. It really does work. I also have done laser hair removal which is so fast and painless to me. I can't believe I waited so long to do this. They make you feel so comfortable you don't have to worry about being embarrassed. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. Once you go in you'll see it has a great atmosphere and is roomy. I can't say enough about Elements and their staff. I am an African American male and suffer from painful ingrown hairs. I was a little embarrassed on my first consultation, but Jessica ( the bomb ) and staff made me feel comfortable and gave me some good tips. Michelle is amazing, and is extremely knowledgeable about all things laser. She will answer your questions, give advise, suggest the perfect treatments, and then make you hair-free and younger! What more could you ask for?! Actually, the whole staff at Elements is so friendly and helpful, I cannot say enough about them. The space is beautiful and convenient, you will have an amazing experience. There are many choices for laser treatments these days, but Elements specializes in laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, and laser tattoo removal, so why would you go to someone who just has these as a "side business"?! What more can be said. Great prices, flexible hours, free coffee, good location. The staff here actually made it FUN to go back in and get shot with a freakin' LASER BEAM!!!! I went in for tattoos removal, and got them zapped to my satisfaction. It was supposed to only take about 10 treatments. It took longer, but at no cost beyond the 10. And they didn't gripe about me coming in for my free treatments or try to push me out in favor of new (paying) customers. Seriously it was fun hanging out. Most of the other clients were fun to kick it with in the waiting room too. I really think I miss this place. I might have to find some vain reason to go in for a new treatment just so I can hang out and ask stupid questions about eyelid tats or anal bleaching. This place is great if you're nervous and looking for a place to start getting laser treatments. From the consultation to the treatment, the staff are friendly and professional.
