My laser hair removal treatments at Element Laser Spa in North Austin has been a pleasant experience. The building is nicely decorated and always very clean. The customers service is always exceptional, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The procedure itself has gone smoothly and quickly. Nice spa but no parking. 11/16/2011

When I made my first appointment I wasn't told they do not have parking and that the sign is really small, faded and hard to read. With the traffic and one way streets parking is hard to find and construction is blocking off most of the spaces on there street. It took me half an hour to find the place and park the first time I went and I didn't have any change for the meter. They do have 3 spots out front in a loading zone you can use by putting magnetic signs on your car doors, but they are often already taken. I've stopped going because it's to stressful driving around looking for parking. Pros: null Cons: null more

Best Facial Ever 11/1/2011

I just had a facial with Dawna Lynn at the Downtown Austin location and she was amazing. I have had many facials in my life, so I'm hard to impress. Dawna Lynn was very knowledgable, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I had microderm, and I'm going back next month for a chemical peel. My skin has never looked so good! Austin's Best Laser Spa 10/27/2011

Elements Laser- Downtown Austin is the best! I have been to different laser spas in the past but nothing compares to Element. My technician Marisela was very professional and knowledgeable. I am currently getting my lower legs & my brazilian area done and was very nervous before my first appointment but after Marisela answered all my questions and gave me tips on things to do before & after my appointment I felt confident that my body was in good hands :) My boyfriend is also getting his back done and I love how she made sure to educate him about the importance of sun exposure of and skin pigmentation. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. My last treatment is scheduled for this weekend and just love the thought of living hair & razor free!! :) Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Service, Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment! 8/30/2011

I had never had a laser treatment before so I was a little nervous (especially because I was getting my bikini line, actually more like a brazilian)! Meghan (in North Austin) was great, she answered all of my questions, walked me through the process and made me feel less nervous/uncomfortable about the whole thing!! I was in and out of there in 45 minutes and Meghan says my next treatment should only take about 15 minutes since we have gone over everything, which is AWESOME!! I have already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to the day when I won't have to shave or have razor rash on my bikini line!! I highly recommend Elements Laser Spa! :) more

I have been going to Elements Laser Spa for approximately one year for treatment of various areas. I can't be more pleased with the results which are nothing short of perfect. My technician is Nicole. She is personable, professional, thorough, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the procedure. (Laser hair removal can be uncomfortable) If I could rate her six stars I would. I highly recommend her and their services to anyone seeking laser hair removal and more. This business is located downtown Austin. They provide an array of aesthetic services. I go here to get laser hair removal. The prices are so reasonable and the results are fantastic. My laser technician, Nicole, is so professional, friendly, and knowledgable about this procedure. I always look forward to going in because I get such great and friendly welcoming and service. Nicole listens to my personal needs and has always gone over and beyond to get the results I need. She is an expert and makes the lasering process seem so easy and only it only lasts second with her. Hair doesn't grow back for months and months. However, they recommend to go every 4-6 weeks to ensure permanent results. I am addicted to elements laser spa and will always be a customer.! Great Service ... Excellent Results 5/9/2011

After months of thinking about getting laser hair removal, my friend happened to mention that she went to Elements Laser Spa and she recommended it so I made my first appointment that week. First treatment was fine - I started at a 14 (ok it hurt a little but nothing unbearable). Within a week the follicles started shedding and falling out. I would say majority of hair was gone after the first treatment. The second time was really fast and didn't really hurt at all even though the laser number went up to a 16. more

Terrible Customer Service 4/6/2011

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I had my first laser experience at Elements. Kristen was friendly and informative and the experience was pleasant. Years ago, I had tried laser hair removal and experienced severe burns so I was hesitant to try again. There was no pain or burns. I was ecstatic. more

duh WINNING! 3/29/2011

Living with un-wanted body hair, I have shaved, waxed and even sugared for years. None of which are satisfactory in the long-run. Having been curious about laser treatments for several years, I investigated an ad for Elements in Groupon and got the complete low-down from their shop. While it was a little intimidating to go to a laser spa, Jessica and her staff are extremely professional and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Everyone is friendly, kind and have a wonderful bed-side manner. more

I might be addicted... 1/30/2011

I had been considering laser hair removal for a while, so when Elements had a Groupon special last summer, I jumped right in and bought two. I'm about to go in for my 6th bikini treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've also had two lower leg treatments, which I was happy to discover do go above the knee some. In the winter I don't shave my legs much anyway, but since starting laser treatments there, I've only picked up a razor 2-3 times in over 2 months. Needless to say, I cannot wait for my first summer without worrying about shaving. more

Best Experience 1/12/2011

I hesitated when given a GC for laser hair removal. I have friends that have been treated for over 2 years now with little to no results including burns all over the treated area. Finally after being talked into using the GC I made the decision and just went. Wow was I suprised! The treatment was no more painful than when I get my eyebrows waxed, which hurts worse. I was told after several treatments my hair would start growing in thinner. My results were immediate. My hair usually being black and course under my arms started coming back thinner and sparse just from the first treatment. I am going back for my second treatment and because my hair is so thin I have not shaved in 2 wks just so I will have hair to shave when I go in. Trust me, from a non-believer to a loyal customer! You will be surpirsed how affordable it really is. You will really like the staff at Elements too they will have you in and out in less than 10mins, so you could do this during your lunch hour and no one would know. I loved the honesty from the Manager Michelle and her staff. They will tell you straight up about results, treatments, and the equipment they use and what to expect. Now days when you are holding your money a little tighter and not sure whom to trust when it comes to beauty care. Rest assurd Elements is the place you can go and get results for your $. It's worth having smooth skin and saving a bundle on razors!! more

Friendly place, easy parking, good prices 12/4/2010

My biggest complaint is that for one appointment I had to wait thirty minutes and another over an hour. (Luckily I was hungry the second time and just went to Jackalope for a burger.) But my technician was always very conversational and friendly, and the laser hair removal service itself is quick, effective, and not at all painful. more
