Dissapointed with them, Recently found out that they are closed due to ownership changes. Wish they would have informed their customers who come back each month. I have had only 2 of my 6 laser hair treatments. How long are they closed??? There staff seems like they dont care when on the phone. Lets hope new ownership means a whole new staff change. more

Steer clear. I've had problems scheduling my first visit for months now! Ridiculous. Receptionist unprofessional to the point of being downright rude. more

This is the worse spa in the Lake Mary/Orlando area. There are too many other places in the neighborhood offering the same services for less $ and better customer service. It's obvious that they offer a groupon or living social special every couple of months because NONE of their current members refer their friends. They overcharge for services and then offer a special to which current customers are not entitled (even for future services). Sometimes they call to remind you of appointments, sometimes they don't in hopes that one forgets to get charged the $25 fee. When booking an appointment over the phone for multiple services or changing an appointment, you have to get the person's name and call back to confirm the next day otherwise, you will not receive the expected services or the appointment may not be cancelled. This business is a disgrace. more

SCAM/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This place is awful. I received a groupon as a gift for laser hair removal. It cost $199.99. I called to schedule an appointment the same day and was informed I could not make an appointment until January 2013... 7 months from now. The groupon EXPIRES in December 2012. Not only is the staff rude. I called several times trying to make an appointment and the phone was answerd and hung up. Save you money and steer clear of this place!!!!! more

Myself and my sister went to Elase a few years ago for laser hair removal...After we paid for our treatments they claimed 'bankruptcy' and we did not get our money back. We would have had to hire an attorney and still might not have gotten our money back even going that route. We never got our full treatments so we had to find another Elase location to continue our treatments in which we had to pay AGAIN for the service because they are all franchised. The lady that was doing the laser hair removal there said that based on my "records" of the laser hair removal, the previous person did not have my settings right on the machine and that's why I was not seeing the results I should have been seeing. I had my full legs done, bikini, happy trial, underarms, and full arms done and I still had pretty decent results on my legs, bikini, and happy trail, but on my arms and underarms it's almost like I never had it done. I've heard really good things about Ideal Image and though they are more expensive, it is worth it instead of going to Elase where they have already screwed a lot of customers once by claiming bankruptcy, having employees that didn't know how to use the correct settings on the laser hair removal machine, and I've also known a few of them to change their name to "Fresh Med Spas" (probably so they could re-open after they claimed bankruptcy so they wouldn't have to refund their customers the money they owed them for not receiving all the treatments!) Please, do yourself and favor and stay away...I've know people that have gone to Ideal Image and were very happy with the service and results there!!! more

I was a client of Elase's in Lake Mary for over a year after signing up for their membership services, and I have to say that overall the service was mediocre and the management was lax and non-responsive and therefore I do not recommend this business. more
