Worst hotel experience of my life 6/14/2011

I've stayed at 100+ hotels in many countries and I've never once been treated with such staggering disrespect. Though the hotel property and rooms are nice (3 star) and the rates are not too out of line, the staff I was unfortunate enough to deal with were arrogant, mean and had zero concern for my comfort, welbeing or the fact that they 'accidentally' overcharged my credit card by several thousand dollars. No apology, just careless, blasé attitude. Take my advice - stop by the Best Western only 3/4 mile away. You'll save 30-40% on the daily rate and you'll get service with a smile. I felt like an important and respected guest at the BW. more

Completely sufficient when it comes to a place to stay at when you are in Sonoma and want to spend a night. Spacious rooms, nice water pressure, free more
