I gave them the benifit of the doubt when they lost two of my dress shirts. I was reimbursed for the shirts but not the laundering costs for the lost shirts. Later, they destroyed one of my wife's shirts and lost a fabric button on another shirt. They claimed it wasn't their fault. They said the fabric was flimsy on the shirt that ripped. Then the guy grabbed the fabric and ripped right in front of me. This is why we were having it done professionally. Not only was there no reimbursement, once again they didn't refund the cost of the cleaning for a shirt they destroyed.
I have had continual problems and have had to have things re-done, but I dealt with it because they were the cheapest in town. If they are going to lose and destroy things and not make it right, then they aren't worth the savings in cleaning costs. This is the last straw. They won't get my business ever again.
