My husband and I like nothing better for Sunday morning breakfast than bagels from Einsteins. We prefer to pick up our food and bring it back home to eat. Usually we purchase a few extra bagels and some spreads. We have been going to the store on Beltline in the TomThumb shopping center in Dallas for probably as long as the store has been there and we have yet to receive a plastic bag when purchasing ""extra"" bagels. They never ask/remind the customer if they want a plastic bag and not once has a bag automatically been included. We have asked for plastic bags countless times and not received one. We did send one mesage to corporate a few years ago and nothing changed so we really cut down on our visits after that - Yesterday my spouse went to the Beltline store and ordered 2 bagels both with cream cheese and lox with onions and capers on a everything bagel and the other on a pupernickel bagel + two cinnamon raisin and two everything bagels to go. NO PLASTIC BAG, AND BOTH TO-GO ORDERS WERE ON EVERYTHING BAGELS AFTER MY HUSBAND WAS ASKED TWICE TO REPEAT THE ORDER.
