I had my right side tongue numbed out due to faulty anaesthetic administration (that too for cleaning on right side) . It has taken 2 months with very little progress. My tongue still has issues, gets ulcers on the right side and irritates me every second. I have so far never heard of a sorry from her or her team. They talked as if it is not their problem at all. Im forced to now see an oral surgeon to fix what she and her team screwed up. Looks like they messed up the lingual nerve in the process of administering the anaesthetic injection more

I took my 18 year old son to a Dentist in Bellevue and was told he has 15 cavities. Regretfully I allowed them to fill the right side teeth on the upper jaw. Since then two of the fillings fell out. I happened to run into a friend who recommended Dr. Eftehari's office. To my surpise we left Dr. Eftehari's office with only 3 cavities to fill, which 2 of the 3 were re-do's that were done by our previous dentist. Thank God I did not subject my son to further unescessary dental work. I am truly greatful to Dr. Eftehari and her entire staff for their honnesty and professionalism. I will be referring all my friends & Family to her office! Thank you! We love you! more

I was referred to Dr. Eftehari by my co-worker, I had not been to the dentist in some time. I was extremely nervous about scheduling since it had been 5+ years since I had seen a Dentist. From the moment I walked through their door I felt very good about coming to her office, the music to the atmosphere, it reminded me of a Starbucks! The hygienist I had was great, she was so informative, and gentle as she explained my situation to me. I needed a deeper cleaning since it had been so long, which she offered to do for me so I didn't have to come back multiple times (better for my schedule). At the end of my visit Dr. Eftehari came in and did her examination, which was easy for me to understand because they take photographs of my teeth which I had never had before! Honnestly this was the best dental visit I have ever had! Hands down,! Will be referring my friends and family to this office! I am a patient for life! Thank you!! more

I went to have a crown put on my tooth and paid the $450 or so out of pocket cost (my insurance covered the other $450). A couple months later, the crown came off and when I went in to have it replaced, they blamed the fact that it came out on me, when I wasn't eating anything out of the ordinary (a sandwich). Then they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the same tooth to be replaced twice. I was shocked that they weren't going to put it back in for free, since it was their crappy work that caused it to fall out in the first place. Dr. Eftekhari then thought she was doing me a favor by only charging half to put the tooth back in, and asked what I wanted to do...well, sitting there without a tooth on a Friday was painful and I didn't want to go through the whole weekend without it, so I reluctantly paid the $450 to have it put back in. A few months later, the tooth came out again. I was extremely irritated and decided not to go back to Dr. Eftekhari's again, knowing she would try and rip me off again. I went to another dentist who replaced the tooth and told me it should never have come out and it was seated wrong. It only cost me $50 out of pocket with my new dentist, and has been fine ever since (over a year). more
