This Dealership sells fine cars but don't be fooled, they'll do anything to make a quick sale even it means going back on their word. After finding a pre-owned 2006 BMW Z4 on the internet, I drove over 2 1/2 hours to the dealership to negotiate the buy. We could not come to terms initially but I followed up with phone calls to the manager and sales person Rick Schneider. Two days later, I finally brokered an agreed upon price on the vehicle with the sales person and offered to make a deposit via my Visa, he explained that this was not necessary. He congratulated me and said just drive down to complete the paperwork and payment. When I arrived, Rick informed me that they sold the car to someone else. Words could not describe my shock, anger and disgust. We had a good faith verbal agreement on the sale only hours prior and he assured me the car would be on hold waiting for me. Apparently, another buyer came in after I had called and they wanted to make a quick sale without any thought of even contacting me. Over the course of 3 days I worked with this dealership to try and broker a deal. I made 3 offers over 3 days and the final offer was accepted. Initially, negotiations were fine, but in the end when they gave me their word - trust me, it meant absolutely nothing. You think may be negotiating with reputable people but beware, you're not. After complaining to the sales manager, he just backed up his sales person and sent me on my way. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this dealership. Look elsewhere, better to deal with a salesperson and staff you can trust. I believe you won't find that Napleton Porsche. more

When it finally came time to replace my 86 944 Turbo, I decided I wanted a Boxster. And not just any Boxster--a 2001 or newer, Lapis Blue over Graphite gray with gray top and the Sport Design wheels. A rare combination, needless to say. It took quite a while to find the right car with the right miles (I wanted under 30,000). When I called Napleton Westmont, I told the sales manager what I was looking for and who I was (at the time I was the sales manager at a Hyundai dealership in Champaign). He immediately agreed to sell it to me at cost. Even at that price, when I went to go pick it up it had been freshly detailed and was full of gas. The dealership was clean and professional looking, even by Porsche standards. A great place to buy a car. more
