Booked online for cruise on Oct. 26, 2012. Long story short Hurricane Sandy came to town. On board the ship we were told we were not going to our destination-could get off with full refund. Got my dep. back from Royal Carribean-still waiting for my refund from this place. I have made 15 phone calls-no lie have it documented, and 4 calls to RC. This agency is eager to take your money, offer little to no help when you have a question, but gives you the run around when a refund is do! I would find someone else if I were you. I'm writing this in Jan. 3 months and still no refund.
